SAILING FROM VALENCIA |

| The story of the America's Cup and Valencia started when the President of the Club Nautico Valencia sent an email to the Swiss team, when they won their first race against the Kiwis in the previous America's Cup. The email said something along the lines of - "Congratulations - When you win the Cup you can count on us!" There was no reply expected and none received. Four years later, Valencia was a surprise inclusion in the list of places being considered by the winning Swiss. The others on the list were Naples, Marseilles and Lisbon. The Spanish royals tried to divert the Swiss to Palma de Mallorca. But the Swiss stuck with Valencia, and the rest is history. |

Here is a chance for you to share in history, and have an excursion under sail or power from Valencia's famous Club Nautico or from Port America´s Cup. You will have a chance to experience the same sailing conditions that the America's Cuppers will experience - steady winds and relatively smooth seas. There is no channel chop here to make you feel queasy! We have associations with two of the longest established charter companies in Valencia, and will be happy to find the right boat for you. The outings are by arrangement, with costs as detailed below. The price for the outings is the same if you go direct. So there is no extra cost if you get us to do the leg work for you. |
